Excellent experience with this company! Loved the stop on Sand Dollar Island where we disembarked for sunset and got great photos. The Captains always had safety at the forefront which was very much appreciated. Captain Noah and the other Captain (sorry, I forgot his name) were awesome! The light show was down for maintenance or weather for part of our cruise time (which apparently occurs without notice), but we saw the lights a couple of times from a distance, and the Captain took us to a couple of other bay highlights. And although we didn't consider it necessary and didn't ask for it, we were given a partial refund the day after because of the light show being down and were also offered a 50% discount on other trips. This was completely unsolicited on our part! Excellent professional customer service that aims to please its customers! Will recommend to others!

We took this cruise as a birthday present for my husband. Along with another couple we embarked on an"iffy" day due to the weather. Because of the wind and choppy seas we took an alternate route and were unable to get close to the Skyway Bridge, but Noah and Brittany, our crew, made sure to keep us amused and did their best to make the trip wonderful with alternate destinations. Sand Dollar Island was gorgeous and the sunset was perfect for photos. Brittany gives you time for photo ops and the whole boat was happy. I would do it again and recommend it to anyone. It is safe, reliable, and suitable for most anyone. There are a couple of steep steps coming off the boat onto the island, but it was doable for us. There is a bar on board with both alcoholic and non- alcoholic drinks, but you might want to take a little snack with you since there is no food on board. Enjoy !
