Suitable for all physical fitness levels
Safety of flight is our primary concern. The operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or appear to be intoxicated. Intoxicated passengers will not fly and they will be charged in full.
For doors off tours, jackets and/or sweatshirts, closed toe shoes, and hair ties are required. Long pants are recommended.
When booking the doors off experience, your seat may or may not be directly adjacent to an open door.
Only passengers weighing 80 lbs or more may fly with the door off in our Robinson R44 helicopter. Only passengers weighing 100 lbs or more may fly with the door off in our Airbus Astar helicopter.
All passengers 24 months and older must purchase a full fare seat.
For each guest weighing 260 pounds or more, a weight and balance fee is required to safely balance the aircraft. For guests weighing between 260-279 lbs, a fee in the amount of 50% of the seat price will be assessed after booking. For guests weighing 280 lbs or higher, an additional seat purchase will be assessed after booking.

One word - WOW! What an amazing experience from start to finish. We arrived early and we were able to fly. Seamless process of weight check, seat allocation, safety brief and fitting of lifejackets on arrival. Our pilot Nikki was so knowledgeable and definitely made us feel safe, making sure we were aware of all the possible spots for turbulence beforehand. Flying itself the views are spectacular! Photos just do not do it justice. We opted for doors off which was amazing, just know it does get very windy and may get cold do dress appropriately. Totally recommend to all.

The pilot was very informative of different attractions on the island and pointed out several spots that had wildlife (dolphins, whales, etc.) it was such a fantastic ride. I truly want to do it every time I come to the island!!!! Thanks Rainbow Helicopter for the best trip around the island!!!

Phenomenal trip! My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary this year in Honolulu and we decided ton Rainbow Choppers. Our pilot was Nikki and she was awesome. Extremely knowledgeable about the Island and its history. We looked at several services and decided on this one because of the list of attractions we could see. Pearl Harbor was awesome as was Diamond Head. We could not be more pleased with the flight and I will book this again if we return to Hawaii in the future.
