Awesome trip with our guide Tristan! A must do when visiting Jackson. Felt safe the whole ride even though I was nervous for my first time white water rafting.

My family and I have been coming to Jackson Hole 2-3x a year for the past 25 years . We consider it a home away from home . It is a remarkable place with a vibrant community. Tourism is a big part of the economy . People pay a lot of money to come and enjoy this majestic place . There are lots of great white water rafting companies - a company is only as good as its weakest link. I suggest others spend their tourism dollars on any other white water rafting company then JHWWR .In all my time in Jackson Hole I have never been treated so poorly , rudely and unprofessionally then by a member of JHWWR staff on June 12th . The actual rafting experience was great -Chris , our rafting guide was awesome ; however , the experience was definitely ruined by a member of their support staff . Too many other great companies to choose from - We have rafted 4x in JH and used this before,as well as, other companies … all very similar experiences on the river . No need to go where you are not treated professionally all around .

Everything from scheduling to drop off at the end of the trip was as easy as could be. The staff at the storefront made it easy. The staff at the river explained everything quick and simple. Our guide Oliver was amazing. We felt completely safe and informed the entire time. The scenery was breathtaking. We couldn’t have had more fun, my son and I , a teenager.
