I suppose looking back at it, I may have been bordering on the ‘awkward customer’ label, as I asked for a special message on the meet and greet board, and then decided to change my payment method a week before the journey, after I’d already used the online secure booking system, then the flight arrived an hour early, then got stuck on the tarmac for 40 mins, then 90 mins through customs....... But nothing phased Sophia and her team, they were excellent from the start! Communication from the first enquiry was first class, and the patience and commutation from Giorgi the driver turned what could have been a stressful time with two 9 and 13 year old children, into a moment they’ll hopefully not forget for there first trip to New York! They said they felt like Rock Stars! The car was clean, well equipped and well presented, and the whole experience was a pleasure! King and Queen Limo will be the only company I will use on my next trip to New York. Thanks!!

We started out trip from EWR airport with style and professionalism. We saw the driver with a sign after we got luggage. Steve was incredibly friendly, courteous and professional. After loading our bags into the trunk, he showed us how to sync the music from our phones to play in the limo on the way to the hotel and then poured champagne for all of us! Also, the reservations team was accurate and helpful. 5 stars service!!!!! And we decided to take service back to airport with them. Thank you guys for great service!

I've used King and Queen limo 2nd time for our transportation needs in New York. We were NOT disappointed!!! Our driver texted me as soon as our plane landed to let me know he was waiting for us. We felt as a family member already – Sophia called us and welcomed by herself. We had smooth trip in very nice, long limousine. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and will use them again!!!!
