King and Queen went BEYOND expectations when we switched our flight LAST second to leave FL from Hurricane Nicole so our trip didn't get completely canceled. Before the day off, I had to switch twice before finally boarding the last plane not knowing if I would have transportation when we landed. Not only did they PULL IT OFF the last second, they were courteous, super accommodating and RIGHT on time! Thank you Thank you Thank you! I can't imagine having to find transportation with 5 people and our luggage at the last second.
