Very fun way to have a meal out from downtown Juneau (though not too far from downtown). The atmosphere--the music, the wooden tables and benches--is set up to evoke a small mining village, and it was well done. More importantly, the food was delicious. The salmon glaze hit the spot; a bit sweet but I had plenty of cornbread to balance it out. Attentive staff and friendly servers round it out perfectly.
After eating, there is a short walk to a small waterfall that is a nice thing to do after you're stuffed full! This would be a nice activity for a family's early lunch. Highly recommended all around.
