The Grand Hyatt put us in touch with Elizabeth and we decided to tour the Waimea Canyon with her. It was a rainy day and I thought we had made a mistake booking this tour. But Elizabeth proved us wrong. She was at her best as soon as the clouds lifted and we were driven back up the mountain to look at the canyon. She made similar stops so that we were satisfied. I didn’t have a clue about this Island but boy , she knows it backwards and taught us a lot about the history and the current affairs of Kauai. Of course she is also into things healthy and we got the ginger/lemon drink and the homemade banana bread plus healthy slices of melons. She even went out of her way to take us shopping as we were looking for some typical Hawaiian gifts for friends. Elizabeth is vivacious and wonderful to talk to. You won’t go wrong with her.

We had an amazing tour of Waimea Canyon with Elizabeth Luxury Tour Company. Elizabeth, our driver and guide, was fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly and attentive to every detail, making sure we were comfortable throughout the day. Complimentary ginger lemonade and banana bread was a wonderful surprise. Her knowledge of Kauai was impressive, and she shared fascinating insights about the island's history, culture, and nature.
