We're enjoying a relaxing visit to Kauai, and decided not to rent a car since our hotel in Lihué offers an airport shuttle. So - how to see the natural beauty of this garden island? We booked this tour and are so glad we did! The driver picked us up at our hotel at 8:00 a.m. and dropped us off just before 6:00 p.m. So - a full day with someone else doing the driving while we ejoyed so much of the beauty this island has to offer. We watched as the ocean burst through a blowhole in volcanic rock, sniffed fragrant flowers on coffee plants, savored free samples of fresh brewed Kauai coffee, stood at the edge of the most amazing and awe inspiring canyon, strolled along a nature trail in the mountains, enjoyed a shrimp burger in the town of Waimea, and visited a statue of the original king of Kauai. Our guide, Kaleo, was a mixture of teacher, history guy, and entertainer. And a very good driver!

Kauai is certainly the most natural of the Hawaiian Islands. This tour was a perfect way to tour the island's most amazing features with a knowledgeable snd professional driver. We were lucky to have Kaleo whose personality and experience was beyond expectations.
