It was a lovely trip. Alanna, our guide, was sweet and let us enjoy our surroundings without too much talking. The kayaks were in great condition. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. If fact we are doing another kayak trip again this week!

Harlan was an excellent kayak guide! Two thumbs way up! He helped us feel comfortable with our kayaks and reviewed the basics. We then paddled on very calm water behind Jamestown Island and saw beautiful Cypress Trees, eagles, ospreys and what he called a "laughing gull". We stopped twice to tether our kayaks and talk about the wildlife and the Jamestown Settlement. I highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Williamsburg.

Thank you for your shout out to your guide, Harlan, and for recommending this tour! I appreciate your details and often times, visitors don't know that our area has the most bald eagles of the lower 48 states - with almost 3,000 nests in the Chesapeake Bay area. I hope you visit us again, Best Williamsburg Tours.
