My boyfriend and I had an amazing time on the kayak excursion! Our guide Alex was amazing and made the trip! He knew exactly where to go to be able to see the whales and had extensive knowledge to answer all questions. We had quite a bit of wind that day so the kayaking was a little challenging, but Alex kept us going with really interesting facts about whales and other sea life, as well as genuine interest in getting to know all of us in the tour group. We saw so many whales, they were very active that day, the closest one about 100 yards away! Snorkeling was also awesome, we anchored out boats and were able to see plenty of fish as well as sea turtles that were swimming very close to us! Alex also took plenty of amazing pictures of the group. Can’t recommend this tour enough - Alex was a fantastic guide!

My husband and I along with our teen girls really enjoyed this experience with Zephyr Adventures. Our instructor Alex was personable, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and made the experience fun and relaxing at the same time. He was very patient and understanding with me which was a plus because I cant swim (lol). I honestly enjoyed it and felt so comfortable that I even swam with sharks around while snorkeling which to this day I still can not believe I did. My family and I had such a blast that this became the highlight of our entire trip. We will certainly be back and doing this again - hopefully we get the same instructor because we really like Alex. He also took videos and photos throughout the whole experience which he made readily available to view afterwards.

5 Stars We had a great time with Zephyr Adventure. We first kayaked out about 1/2-1 mile offshore and ended up very close to a pod of whales. One swam right underneath us and we could hear them singing! We then paddled to a snorkeling spot with a lot of turtles and even a shark. Alex was a fun and friendly guide. He took lots of pictures of the whole group, and is very knowledgeable about the history, geography, and marine biology of the area. He also gave great restaurant recommendations!
