The Ketchikan All In One tour provides both the historical and scenic parts of Ketchikan, in a fully narrated 2.5 hour seaside tour. We will share our history rich city (including Creekstreet and the salmon ladder), explore the world's largest collection of totem poles at Saxman Native Village, have a chance to view a wide variety of wildlife at Herring Cove (including bears, seals and eagles) and see a beautiful waterfall. We travel comfortably in deluxe 14 passenger vans.

I was looking forward to true Alaskan experience but it fell far below my expectations. The stops were less than adequate of what was advertised. So disappointed with this tour.

Don't waste your valuable vacation time! No speaker in Van, so people in back couldn't hear. Tour guide wasn't knowledgeable, unless you wanted to know about nightlife. We learned more from other tour guides that had stopped at the same places we had. Spend your time in Ketchikan downtown!

BEWARE! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! The tour operator was a no show on 8/14. Our ship docked at the port. We had to get on a bus and ride downtown to the pick up point.. We got off the ship as soon as the ship docked and was cleared. When we got downtown there was no tour guide. No one called us to inquire where we were or anything. We tried calling the company to let them know we were on he bus and on our way downtown to the meeting point. No one answered the phone. They had no intension on picking us up. They finally answered and said they had left 5 minutes earlier. They said they waited 5 minutes past the tour time. We asked if they would come back and get us and they stated NO. I can't believe you are five minutes away and won't come back if you were really there. Other companies on the dock told us this is what they do and beware of "SEASIDE TOURS". They are not a reliable company and this is what they do. They get your money and never pick you up. The person we talked to, who said he was the manager of the company, was very rude and stated he would not give us a refund. How do you leave 14 people and think nothing about it if this is not you intension and you were actually there? We booked this tour through Viator and they also did nothing. How do you do business with a company like this when they provide no service to your clients and you pay then anyway.? This makes me wonder what's wrong with VIATOR? I will never book with VIATOR again. Please beware of VIATOR AND SEASIDE TOURS neither can be trusted.

As much as we at seaside tours appreciate all of our reviews.. I have to say this group of 14 people docked on the other side of the island. And had to take a 20 min shuttle ride And another ten min walk To SeaSides meeting place. That puts our schedule and limits the time with our visitors That show up on time. We do thank you for your review. It's greatly appreciated.
