The Ketchikan All In One tour provides both the historical and scenic parts of Ketchikan, in a fully narrated 2.5 hour seaside tour. We will share our history rich city (including Creekstreet and the salmon ladder), explore the world's largest collection of totem poles at Saxman Native Village, have a chance to view a wide variety of wildlife at Herring Cove (including bears, seals and eagles) and see a beautiful waterfall. We travel comfortably in deluxe 14 passenger vans.

We booked the Ketchikan all in one tour. We had 7 in our family. The tour company overbooked so brought I a separate van and driver. The driver Rich took us to the same spot 5 times to see beats which he said there were always bears there at this time of year. We saw none and wasted the whole time by keep returning to same spot. We were supposed to also go to the totem pole sight which he never took us to. He then said he could take us to a local restaurant that the locals go to that had king crab legs for half the price. He dropped us off at the restaurant earlier than our tour was to end which was a scam the king crab legs were $100. We then heard him talking to the restaurant hostess saying that he brings guests there every day and wanted compensation. Real scam unfortunately. We spent three ours driving around seeing NOTHING. At $94 per person the excursion was a ripoff. Date was June 28, 2023.

The Tour is now operated by Shane he never showed up. It was all so messed up. He said 10.30 we can go but he never came. i would never recommend this tour. better option is to get off the port and book tour with people who are selling it at the port. I met a person who said this tour was of his friend and today is being operated by the son. he does not think that the son operates the tour really well so he would not trust him. i wish i knew it before we got stuck and it was very crazy. with 3 kids and waiting for tour guide for hours and he still not showing up. he picked up phone said he is pulling up in couple of minutes but never came. I wish he would have said i m not coming not maa=de false promises. Also very mad at viator/trip adivsor why would they have fake people on their website.

This tour was good but not great. It feels very home grown, which isn’t necessarily bad, but lacked some finesse of other tours. For example, the tour before us was running late and there was no communication, so we were left wondering if we were in the wrong place until we called the company. The tour is in a 12 passenger van which was in okay condition, but our guide didn’t have a mic so it was hard to hear the information. At each of the stops the guide provided information which was engaging and educational and the time at each stop was casual and allowed for some exploring. It was easy to ask the guide questions if you had them. We didn’t see a bunch of wildlife, but that’s just nature and obviously not a reflection on the company. This experience is good if you’re looking for a laid back tour that allows you to self direct what you want to get out of it.
