The Ketchikan All In One tour provides both the historical and scenic parts of Ketchikan, in a fully narrated 2.5 hour seaside tour. We will share our history rich city (including Creekstreet and the salmon ladder), explore the world's largest collection of totem poles at Saxman Native Village, have a chance to view a wide variety of wildlife at Herring Cove (including bears, seals and eagles) and see a beautiful waterfall. We travel comfortably in deluxe 14 passenger vans.

If you want a boring, drab, scripted and rehearsed tour, this isn’t the one for you. If you want to be entertained, laugh, learn about the local culture, and hear stories from a local that lives on the island, Shane with Seaside tours is your man! Shane was very attentive and patient with everyone in our group. This was a great experience, we learned a lot about the island, wildlife, local tribes… what more could you ask for?

We were at the correct pick up point and tour guide Sean did not show up. We contacted him directly by phone 4 times . It went to voicemail. We waited in the pouring rain for 15 mins waiting for him before leaving. He finally returned our calls two hour later and claimed he was there but he wasn’t. He offered us a later tour but we would miss our cruise ship if we did. Wasn’t apologetic at all and had a bad attitude too.He even asked who we were! Never had this issue with any other tour via Viatour before. Guide always had a list of participants with their phone numbers. One time a tour guide was running late and called us to say he was in his way, so I know they have it. Another time people were missing and the guide called them. This is inexcusable- Fighting for a refund now- Not a fun way to start a vacation!

We at Seaside tours picked up several other passengers Who showed up on time. When you were later for your tour You said a shuttle broke done. Your party was late. We picked up 12 passengers who were on time And they enjoyed their adventure. We do thank you for your review Sincerely Shane M.

Our tour guide was a local and very knowledgeable. He provided a lot of good information. He let us take whatever time we wanted at our stops and didn't have a set schedule to stick to. The only downside was the vehicle. The van smelled like cigarette smoke and was a bit hard to get in and out of the back seats for older folks.
