Awesome experience. Faith was a great guide and had tons of cool info on the wildlife, local area, etc. I would def recommend this to people.

The area of Discovery Bay is just outside Ketchikan and extremely beautiful and pristine. The guides were friendly and helpful. The guides prepared us with kayak skirts and life jackets and had clean, high-grade equipment. We saw eagles, a group of porpoises, and a rugged shoreline. On our trip we circled two islands and followed the shore around the bay.

Faith was an amazing tour guide. She went over safety protocols for the new kayakers and once we were on our way she pointed out a lot of wild life. She also made us feel less like tourists while we were paddling around, she was down to earth, friendly and super knowledgeable about the cove. Since she also lived on this beautiful water she told us stories that only locals would know. It was an amazing experience! As long as you have some upper body strength and agility, I would highly recommend this little tour!
