Had a really nice experience at Lazy Dog. We rented a kayak ourselves (30 dollars per person) and went out alone. We were given a map with a route and were allowed to go ourselves. Very nice! Unfortunately we did not see any manatees, but we did see a number of nurse sharks, jellyfish and many different fish. The route in the mangrove takes some searching, but it's fine to go around here alone. Definitely worth it.
