Okay so first I want to say I saw quite a few negative reviews because it’s basically a rough ride. Jet skiing in the ocean is not the same as jet skiing in a lake. The waves are huge and you kinda gotta keep a consistently high speed to get through them. I wouldn’t suggest this tour for someone who wants a comfortable leisure jet ski ride. Maybe find somewhere on a lake to go with that won’t have the waves. My husband and I went it was his first time on a jet ski but he loved it. I have been on a jet ski before but really struggled to stay on haha. It was a great time and I felt that our guides - one was Jake - were amazing! They ended up having to kind of split us into 2 groups and one was able to stay back with some sort of the people going a bit slower while the other kept up pace for everyone wanting to go faster. They did ask for tips towards the end it didn’t seem overly pushy by any means! My suggestion would be to mention tips in the confirmation email because personally we did not bring any cash into the ocean lol. They do stop and talk about different locations you will pass but while you are riding you kind of having to be going at least 35mph to stay above the waves. There isn’t anything they can really do about that. Overall amazing experience!! My only complaint is one of the other riders would ride next to the person in front of him creating 2 wakes. I tried my hardest to not end up behind him but at times still did. Not the companies fault at all but just know if you are going please ride behind the person in front of you and not beside them. It makes it harder for the person behind you.

Had a great time on the Jet Ski Tour! Both of our guides (Steve & Nick) were attentive and helpful. Definitely a nice, lengthy ride around Key West (loved the Sandbar stop!) with plenty of high-speed legs. We were with an experienced group that went pretty fast, so if you're a beginner, I would suggest you make sure either 1. other beginners are in your group so you're not the only one or 2. you go as a second rider - unless of course, you're confident you can get the hang of it quickly! All around good time.

Jake the guide was awesome!! We had fun and the PCWs were nice new machines!! Would definitely recommend to any thrill seekers.
