Was my first time on a jet ski and tour guide Dakota was great explaining how to use the jet ski. He was great at making sure everyone was ok and was comfortable with the speed we were going at etc. This tour was an amazing way to see the island and was so fun on a jet ski. This was defo worth it and would do again. Thank you!

This trip was not what I expected. The tour was led by Phil and assisted by Steve. As soon as we entered the water on the jet ski Phil raced off leaving everyone to try and follow him. The water was filled with sea grass after the recent hurricane so our ski’s kept getting clogged. We had to wait for Steve to attend to us, meanwhile Phil was way in the horizon! There must have been about 10 jet skis in our group. Phil was up there in front and initially Steve was with the backof the group however half way round Steve was no where to be seen! We were literally out there on our own! We paid $180 for our 90 min tour. The tour does not last the full time as stated. The 90 mins includes getting your life jacket and their brief safety info. I appreciate jet skis are meant to go fast on the water however for beginners this was an extremely fast paced tour with hardly any stops or supervision. TIP TAKEN WITHOUT CONSENT . When we arrived Phil advised the guys working there were ex military and relied on our tips. He mentioned tips could be added to the payment card if we wanted. On checking our card they took $35 off our card without our consent.

Greetings Natalie, Thank you for joining us on the jetski tours. We are extremely grateful for your group to join us right after Hurricane Ian. We do everything to control everything that we can, however the water condition is something out of our control. A lot of the seaweed was actually pushed into shore. Our jetski are brand new and are conditioned for speed however the tour is ideally designed for the fast group to ride with the lead guide and we have a second guide to accommodate the leisurely tour goers. We met with Steve & Phil in regards to this review to discuss all aspects of your comments. As you mentioned our crew asks if you would like to tip the crew and gives you options. They charged exactly what your group requested. Additionally, they gave you a receipt in which you reviewed the amount and signed for as well so I am a bit puzzled with the comments about not knowing exactly the amount.
