Easy check-in process and staff is really helpful. Gavin and Steve gave a good, safe tour and pointed out different areas of interest. Bring sunglasses or goggles!

Jeff! You did an amazing job! 100% Recommend you! Great tour. You know your stuff! Sarah and I had an excellent time! Throttle was pinned! Waves were awesome. Sarah liked the smooth part best! Not me!

This was a last-minute booking that my wife made as we were driving down to Key West for the first time. She said, “Let’s go jet skiing.” (A first for both of us). With that response and a free second rider, how could I resist? The overall experience was great. Google Maps created a slight snafu on our initial directions; the jet ski dock is on the Parrot Key Hotel and Villas property, just W/SW of the Home Depot. Without clearly marked parking information, we ended up using the hotel valet parking, which was $10 (not what I expected, but it worked). That aside, from the time we arrived at the dock, Jake and the rest of the team welcomed us. He found our reservation—made only 90 minutes earlier through Tripadvisor—with ease. Jake ran us through the paperwork while sitting in the shade on a hot afternoon. The rest of the team at the boathouse did a good job interacting with the riders and getting everyone squared away. Gavin, our tour guide, did a fantastic job of explaining things both at the start, and as we went. He made sure everyone was doing alright throughout the tour, and helped out those who needed extra assistance. It was truly a 90-minute tour. There were options to be at the front of the pack and go fast, find a happy medium in the middle, or to take a slower pace in the back of the line. We were able to open up full throttle on the gulf side, and also experience the waves of the Atlantic side. Gavin did a great job of explaining the sites as we stopped along the way. This was an excellent adventure. My wife and I definitely recommend Sunset Watersports for this jet ski tour!
