Avoid high tide times and check the weather before you book! Unfortunately, we chose a cloudy, windy day with choppy surf. Even though we missed out on the sea caves (surf made it too dangerous), our guides (Rick and Braden) were upbeat, kind, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate that they had our safety in mind. The crashing waves in the sea caves were awesome, but would have smashed us to smitherines! They pointed out wildlife where applicable and points of interest about the homes along the shore. Because of the weather, we basically paddled out to the caves and paddled back. Seems July/August are best times for calm surf and good weather. They have lockers so you can leave a change of dry clothes. Wear your swim gear and sandals!
