  • Full faced Helmets are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated, please.(provided)
  • Our Base Camp is located approximately 30 minutes South of the Strip.
  • All passengers must be at least 12 years with a Parent or Guardian.
  • Guest is financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle or equipment during the tour.
  • Being under the influence of any drug or substance, illegal or legal that leads to the cancellation of the tour, no refund will be given - due to safety being of utmost importance , thank you
  • Passport or Valid ID to be an Adult Passenger.

Mini ride was a perfect for a little break from the casinos. Our group of 4 enjoyed riding in a polaris. We covered about 29 miles in an 1.5 hours. Guide was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Stopped at 7 magic mountains on the way back to the strip and got some cool pics.

Avoid Vegas Off Road Tours at all costs. We booked months in advanced, put a deposit down, booked a rental car to drive out to Vegas Off Road Tours. We flew out to Las Vegas and 2 days before our booked and confirmed Vegas Off Road Tour, they called to cancel. They offered another time and upgrade, but we already set up our entire trip around the confirmed booking with Vegas Off Road Tours. We did not have the flexibility to adjust our entire vacation for the new proposed time. The weather wasn’t inclement. Vegas Off Road Tours alluded that there was a group going with us that cancelled the day/time we were booked. But did not confirm exactly why they were adamant on cancelling our tour. They sent a follow up text apologizing for the cancellation and offered a free t-shirt and discount for a future booking, but did not give any information on how to redeem that. I am certain the review response will be filled platitudes and another apology. Cancelling a confirmed booking with a deposit is completely unacceptable. Avoid Vegas Off Road Tours if you are looking for an outdoor adventure in the Las Vegas area.

We understand your point of view completely, and we never have an intention of something like this to occur. We are a small business, Military owned, and not perfect, this was a scheduling unitnetional technical occurrence by our dashboard which is very rare for us. Technology and we as human beings make mistakes for sure and we are the first to admit this, if it does happen. I wouldn't say that we would need to be avoided as we are God fearing people who love to serve individuals from all over the world, it brings us such happiness to share this expereince and to meet new people.We are blessed to have awesome vehicles, we have honest employees and honest owners who want to do right by our guests, that really hurts our feelings very deeply. Again we understand that you planned your vacation and put down a 50% deposit with us for our discounted special Mini tour, that we refunded immediatelty. We did offer, complimentary upgrades in multiple areas, and Jeffery said that you did not want any of them, the weather has been terrific here, and when we texted you about the additonal complimentary items, because we really felt bad, you said "who is this" and we took that as you didn't know it was us texting from the phone number that Jeffery called you from. That must have been our missunderstanding. You can always just give us a call to claim anything we would have offered, and for any clarity. We didn't want to bother you or encroach on your day again by sending more texts because he said you were very upset. Thank you again for taking the time to complete a review, we will do our best in the future, and let our dashboard (reservation system) know of this occurrence. Regards, The Vegas Off Road Team
