Join us as we explore unique coastal ecosystems in Sarasota, Florida. Our tour at Liquid Blue Outfitters is unique thanks to our pedal drive kayaks. Our unique kayaks make the experience as easy as riding a bicycle. Our equipment is especially beneficial for those with shoulder and upper back pain. The seats in these kayaks keep the user elevated and in a more natural position for maximum comfort. Please call to inquire about bringing children on a tour.

Our pedal kayaks are single seater kayaks. However, a clip-in seat can be added to each kayak for a small child. Contact us if you have specific questions regarding this.

ATTENTION!! Liquid Blue Outfitters now launches from Bird Key Park in Sarasota, Florida. We DO NOT launch from our previous location in Ted Sperling Park. If you desire to launch from our previous location, contact us and we will get you set up with our affiliate in that park.

Had an amazing trip with Kelly last week. After giving us some kayak basics, we were off! Kelly had an uncanny ability to spot wildlife in the water - manatees, dolphins and even a shark. We'd be kayaking and Kelly would say - I think I heard a splash - and sure enough, an animal would appear right where he predicted. Not only did he lead us to fantastic wildlife, but he explained all about the ecosystem and the need to protect the mangrove/seagrass environment. He is obviously passionate about his job and shared that passion with us. And the mangrove tunnels were simply amazing. Highly recommend!!

Great experience kayaking thru the Mangrove Tunnels with Sky as our very patient and witty guide. Sky had extensive knowledge of the area and wildlife. He expertly guided us to the location where we were VERY close to both Manatees and Dolphins. Next, we continued to the beautiful Mangrove Tunnels and learned so much about the ecosystem as we traveled thru. Such an amazing experience. Sky is extremely patient since both my younger daughter Nicole and I both have shoulder injuries, and we were not the best kayak drivers!!! My daughter Alexa had no problem and overall, it was not that strenuous or difficult. Good thing he had a great sense of humor. Highly recommend this tour and hopefully you will get Sky as your expert guide.
