I booked & paid for 4 people. One person got sick & could not make it but, I already paid to make the reservation. I asked Lockdown if I could get a refund or a credit & he said I need to take it up with you-TripAdvisor. We did not have fun, & it’s suppose to be a lockdown gaming room. The man working was rude to us & was very uptight. He even belittled us for only making to the second room. First timers, I should have booked easy level but accidentally, I booked difficult-hard level. We would like to do it again just not with him & an easier level. If I can get a credit we will book again -different location . If there’s anyway you can help, credit or discount I’d really appreciate it. Thank you for your time. Josephine Santa Cruz

No good memories, unfortunately. The guy was rude & was rushing is to start. Then when we got in after video he tells us the time we already used will be part of game, so instead of a whole hour we only got to play for 45 min. It was our first time- didn’t realize hard level would be so difficult. So when we asked for 1st clue he helped us out but, on the radio we didn’t understand his last sentence. So when asked about it the first clues last part he gave an attitude. Second clue was fine, but by the the time we were going to ask the last clue he called times up & asked us to please no pictures for the 20th time, make sure we had all our belongings then belittled us for only making to second room. Would love to do it again -easy level first but, not at lockdown on flamingo rd. Monday Mayan Lockdown with that guy. Plus, we booked 4 & only 3 of us showed up. I asked for any suggestions on how I can get credit. He staid there’s nothing g he can do, that I’d have to contact Trip Advisor. Only time he was nice is when we were leaving & I asked for one picture, not in room but in lobby that says “ LOCKDOWN” ! Free advertisement.
