This review isn’t about the actual museum but about the company who is in charge of ticket sales, Viator. We made a reservation and realized we would no longer be in the area when the tour was scheduled. We called and tried to have it moved or cancelled and Viator would not help us. Their policy is that you can cancel or change your tour as long as it is at least 24 hours in advance. We called at 12 and the tour wasn’t until 3:30 the next day. They refused to help us because they said it has to be at least 1 calendar day in advance and not 24 hours like their cancellation policy says. If that is the case, they should not say at least 24 hours in advance. This is a very deceptive practice. They are just trying to take your money and not trying to actually help. Be careful booking with them. I would not trust them at all!

We visited this museum after spending several hours at the Comedy Center, so we didn't have as much time and energy as we would have liked. Even so, this place was informative and well put-together. We learned a lot about this history of this iconic couple and got to see important "artifacts" from their lives. Worth the visit--especially if done in tandem the the Comedy Center.

A wonderful trip down memory lane featuring, some of Lucy's and Desi's show worn costumes, original pencil written scrips, and photo's. The museum has recreated replica the Arnaz tv apartment show setis that were featured in the tv show. Get a picture standing in front of Lucy's living room, or their west coast hotel room. Maybe even stand in Lucy's Vitavitavegim set and grab a photo.
