We signed up to go snorkeling, not an all day boat tour with the possibility we might get to go snorkeling for 45 minutes. This feels like the classic bait and switch to me. Since I'm prone to seasickness on longer boat rides in small boats on the ocean, clearly this doesn't work.
Then when your customers find out about this snorkeling sham, you say it's too late to cancel and keep the money.
I get where the water may be to murky in the place you go snorkeling but you could just go to a differnt area. That’s what I did and had a wonderful time. 🤷🏻♂️ From what I can see there is great snorkeling all around the island.
So please enjoy my $450, you won’t be having the honor of watching me barf on your little boat today.

Our tours are excursions up to view the stunning and pristine, NāPali Coast. Most days of the year we are able to enjoy 40mins-1hr of snorkeling, depending on the tour you've chosen. The quality of the snorkeling is very dependent on ocean and weather conditions.
*During the season (aprox. Dec.-March) we offer whale watching. These do not include snorkeling at all.
*Our rigid hull inflatable rafts offer tours up the coast as well as a 'beach landing', also seasonal. This incorporates landing at Nualolo Kai State Park where folks can experience a cultural walk through an ancient Hawaiian village. Some, but not all of these raft tours include snorkeling.
We're sorry to learn you were not happy with your excursion.
