Booked the activity for my wife and myself, company never gave us a time to be picked up, I canceled the activity, lunar legends sent me a message saying they would give me a full refund, then they renegade on the offer, I tried getting Expedia involved and lunar legends still refused to refund me my $207.00. Terrible company to deal with, so far I have notified over 2,000 associates and friends and family and have told them to spread the word of poor customer service from Lunar Legends. Over $200.00 I hope they go bankrupt, and my people keep spreading the word of there greedy business practices, I would give it 0 stars if ther was a place to put it.

We’re sorry you had this experience but we initiated the refund the same day it was requested from our side. Unfortunately, when you book through a third party wholesaler like Expedia or Viator, there is an additional step since they technically have your payment. They have to contact us as well to confirm the refund. That took place a couple days after your call. You should have your refund by now. I assure you, we did as you requested without hesitation. All you have to do is look at our myriad five star reviews across multiple platforms to realize we are not greedy and provide excellent service. Where we went wrong in your case is failed to communicate properly the expectation of the refund process through a third party. In addition, we don’t provide a pickup service and that is stated in our confirmation email. If for some reason our website or the third party seller implied you were provided a pickup service, we would love to know where you got that information so we can promptly correct it. For that, we apologize. We hope you guys can make it next time.
