We had such a nice morning out on the water with these guys. I am 6 months pregnant and this was the only tour that would accommodate me. My husband and I expected there to be 4 others on the boat, but it was just us + captain mike and clark as the crew / scuba guide. Usually, tours will cancel if they aren't closer to capacity so we were grateful that they took us out. It was pretty chill moving at our own pace.
There was a nice spread of banana bread, fruit, nuts and coffee when we arrived.
Clark and Mike were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The weather was a bit overcast but it was still a great day on the water. We saw a baby whale and its mama!!! Hung out for a bit just to watch them swim by.
Then we headed out to a good spot for scuba diving. They provided a snorkel mask and a neon vest that you can inflate if you want, for visibility / safety. The water was warm and we got to see a lot of different fishies. I really enjoyed just floating and swimming around with this big pregnant belly. It was such a relief on my back to feel the buoyancy of the salt water :) Clark and Mike really just let us move at our own pace and wanted us to enjoy ourselves.
When we got back on the boat there was lunch. We ordered the bento boxes, which they microwaved. Nothing too fancy, but it hit the spot.
The boat was also stocked with tons of drinks. If plenty of beer and cocktails for those who can/want to have some.
Overall, it was a really nice way to spend a morning / early afternoon in hawaii.
