Ended up having to cancel last minute as the driver went to airport to pick us up not the port of Miami as my reservation clearly stated. Had to get other transportation so we could get to the airport. I better get a full refund even though less than 24 hour notice of cancellation as it was not our fault.

Driver was early which was very helpful since we disembarked the cruise ship early. We felt safe and comfortable from Miami to Fort Lauderdale.

Great communication and follow up. Felt very confident exiting the ship that our driver would be right there. Nice clean suburban, friendly driver.
