BEWARE! This company has brochures on both Mackinac Island and Mackinaw City. However, the tour ONLY leaves from Mackinaw City. I saw the brochure on Mackinac Island while we were staying there and assumed the boat tour left from Mackinac Island, so I booked a tour for 4 adults. The address was on Huron Avenue and both Mackinac Island and Mackinaw city have streets named Huron Avenue. When I realized my mistake about 2 hours after I booked, I called the company and left a message as they didn't open their offices until after 2:30 pm. They called me back and refused to refund my $122.96. I found this most disappointing. So be sure you are planning to leave from Mackinaw City if you want to take this tour.
