None of the three of us had tried segways before so we were rather aprehensive at first, but Jacob made us feel confident and he didn't rush us. We had a lovely afternoon cruising around Waikiki. Jacob is easy going and takes time to make sure you are all feeling good about the segways. He gave us a great tour with plenty of interesting information about the places we visited. We even met him again on Saturday at the farmers market (ask him about the honey). It was a great success and we are looking forward to the next tour! A big thank you, Jacob! The tour guide Jacob was very knowledgeable and spoke both English and Japanese which is very helpful in Honolulu. The tour could be amazing tour if offered to very experience level riders, private and at sunset 🌇 with this combination the tour would be off-the-hook! We experience this kind of tour with reflective vest, light kits on helmets and lasted for two and half hour in San Francisco at dust amazing, with that this would be unbelievable sunset Segway tour in Honolulu at dust. I was skeptical of the Segway tour this was my husbands pick to do. Boy did I change my tune once we headed off. These things were fast and fun! Timo was great he made sure we were comfortable before we headed out into the streets for the tour. My 11 year old couldn’t get enough of this giant toy and was already buttering up dad to buy one. I loved this tour and our family agreed of all the things we did this was probably number one. Will definitely be back to tool around the island again on these things. Maybe next time diamond head. Thanks so much Timo for our vacation highlight. And if my husband calls you to sell him one of your Segways tell him No! Such fun see you next year.
