I booked an experience for my husband and myself as a pick me up, as we had traveled to Buffalo for a funeral, and needed something to cheer us up.
I booked for Saturday when I meant Friday. I reached out 3 times to the tour operator to no response about an hour prior. Then I waited on hold with your company to try and change it. When I finally got a customer service person, they were cranky and barely spoke English. When I explained what had happened and he finally understood, he said there was nothing he could do. So I asked for a refund. At this point it is now 10 min past 1pm. 10 min past the 24 cut off for a refund. He said, no. We will not refund you your money. I asked for a manager, he argued with me, when I asked for a 4th time for a supervisor, he put me on holed and never came back.
I broke down sobbing. $200 down the drain, a jerk who yelled at me, 45 min on hold and no trip.
I was horrified.
Not only will I never use your service again… but I will make it my mission to tell my 60k twitter following and all other platforms I am on NEVER to use this service.
