Eat, drink, and be merry on our premiere 3-hour walking, cultural food tour of beautiful Mainstrasse Village located 5 minutes south of downtown Cincinnati on the banks of the Ohio River in Covington, Kentucky. Linger in the German village, soaking up the charm of European architecture, a glockenspiel, cobblestone streets and fountains. Indulge in local treats, such as Bavarian pretzels, beer cheese, chicken and waffles, pizza, a tasting of local craft beer and much more!
We promise you won't leave hungry! It’s the perfect combination of dining in a charming and memorable setting with your own professional guide.Food servings are ample and equivalent to more than a meal. This is an easy walking tour.

On a gorgeous weather day for July, we were met by Katie. She had e-mailed us prior to the tour so we knew where to park and meet her. The stops on our tour were fun and unique. The favorite food stops for my husband and I were Piper’s Cafe, Cock and Bull, as well as the Bean Haus. Lemonade, deep fried pretzels, and delicious choc chip cookies were to die for. We were very impressed with Katie’s historical knowledge. The pictures were a nice touch. We are excited to book the street car tour later this fall. Riverside Tours is tops, they went above and beyond. Great tour, delicious food and drink, knowledgeable host, and fabulous weather- what an awesome day!

This was our first food tour and Laura did not disappoint! She is a wealth of knowledge and a delight to be around! Each stop in Mainstrasse was amazing! Plenty of food, beverage, and entertainment! Hi Kim, Thank you for sharing. The Saturday Mainstrasse Village Tour is very popular because not only do we enjoy 5 food stops, we also sample beer, wine and lots of bourbon. I'm glad your first food tour was a hit! I look forward to seeing you again.
