American Pro Diving Center helps visitors and locals explore the clear, teeming waters of Florida with year-round manatee tour adventures. This tour is for both swimmers and riders. All the equipment is included on this manatee snorkel tour in Crystal River, Florida. Snorkelers don on wet suits, mask, snorkel and fins to see a large population of resident sea cows. Our in-water guides known as the Dive-master keep the experience safe and fun for both manatees and people. Snorkelers swim with these gentle giants for a once in a lifetime experience. Everything was awesome! Our captains, Jerry and Austin, were fantastic! Funny, knowledgeable and very nice. Saw 3 manatees, fish, a stingray and crabs. Will definitely do this again! Wonderful present for 16th birthday of my daughter ♡

We had amazing time snorkeling with the manatees! The crew was friendly and informative which allowed us to have the best snorkeling experience possible! Our guides found a friendly female manatee who gave the best photo ops and let us observe her as long as we cared to. Their shop employees were friendly and restrooms super clean. This is a must do adventure and I’d recommend American Pro as your guides. 10 out of 10.

The review is simple, the staff is UNPROFESSIONAL, the captain and mate were at each other's throats. No one knew where to go or what to do. No manatee sighting yet plenty of excuses. Dangerous equipment and insufficient staff to monitor to over packed boat. We circled in a boat packed lime sardines for 3 hours in wetsuits that were hot only to be told that we don't get to see a Manatee...better luck next time. No refunds either...WAIT WHAT? Now I am all for experiences but of you can't deliver what you advertise then stop advertising. Reviewing this center and the activity we paid for is a real eye opener to how dishonest a business can be for profit. Very unhappy.
