Check-in is 45 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time. Failure to do so may result in extended wait times or forfeiture of flight.
A $40 (USD) heliport fee per person (including infants) is due at check-in.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250lbs (113kgs) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. 300-lb (136kg) maximum weight per passenger.
All passengers including children must have a government-issued ID/Passport or you may be denied your flight.
Please note, that audio language selection is not guaranteed and is based on availability. Should more than 2 languages be requested on the same flight, the audio commentary may default to English. Due to the unpredictable nature of technical difficulties, we cannot provide assurance for the audio functionality of the headsets.
All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.

We were so disappointed. We specifically booked 5pm so we could see the lights of NYC after dark. When we checked in at 4 as required, we were told we would be flying between 4:15 and 5. As we were boarding they said it would be light for 3 minutes of the flight then dark for the rest. It was light for the whole flight. We paid so much to fly over a dim city with no lights on yet. That also made us way too early for our dinner reservations nearby and there is not much to do in that area. Kind of a bummer for my husband’s birthday.

Hello Sheila_D, We're sorry to hear you were disappointed in your Tour. Once you've checked-in for your Tour and we report to Air Traffic Control that we have a helicopter ready, we then wait for their approval to lift. Sometimes, it is earlier than the time you booked. This is the only way they can control the number of helicopters up in the air so they're not all lifting at the same time. Our apologies.

All the staff were very welcoming and the pilot was great! We were lucky with the weather so the views where great!! Would do it again in a heartbeat, highly recommend :)
