A $40 (USD) heliport fee per person (including infants) is due at check-in.
Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250lbs (113kgs) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. 300-lb (136kg) maximum weight per passenger.
All passengers including children must have a government-issued ID/Passport or you may be denied your flight.
Please note, that audio language selection is not guaranteed and is based on availability. Should more than 2 languages be requested on the same flight, the audio commentary may default to English. Due to the unpredictable nature of technical difficulties, we cannot provide assurance for the audio functionality of the headsets.
All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.

It felt like a visitor's factory where you are financially milked dry. We were "dumped" in a helicopter with 4 others. This was not indicated beforehand. It was a gift and surprise for my wife and upon arrival, another 80 dollars had to be paid in port charges; It was not clearly stated beforehand, that this would be on top per person. When the previous visitors disembark, we had to go straight in and then had to put on the crummy sweaty headphones of the previous visitors. The little speaker that you can talk into, must not have been too clean either. As far as corona contamination and transmission are concerned, this may not be quite the right procedure either. In the helicopter, a seat is assigned and I had to sit with my back to the front, not a nice feeling. The space is extremely small for 6 people and taking photos is almost impossible, there is almost always an arm of someone else in front of it. With long legs it is very uncomfortable. Nice view and friendly staff though.However, I really can't recommend it because for me it was a disappointment for this money per person.
