Definitely a low point for our family trip. The boat was crowded and the sea was very rough to the point where about 1/3 of the participants were sick. It felt like the crew knew the conditions were not proper or safe but went out anyway. Twenty something tourists in the water at night in rough seas with a noodle….not safe. The crew were nice but should’ve called it before we left the harbour. Also, there were no other tour boats at our location telling me we shouldn’t have been there either.

We are truly sorry to hear that your experience was so disappointing and that it became a low point for your family trip. We understand your concerns about the rough sea conditions and the number of passengers who became ill. We take safety very seriously, and we regret that you felt the conditions were improper or unsafe. Our captain and crew assess weather forecasts and sea conditions before each departure. On the day of your tour, the forecast indicated that conditions were within acceptable limits. However, we acknowledge that conditions can change rapidly, and we are sorry that the actual conditions were much rougher than anticipated. Our floating noodle system is a standard industry practice for this type of tour, and we have safety protocols in place, which include our guides assisting guests to and from our light boards. However, we understand your concern about the rough conditions. We will review our process for assessing sea conditions and considering additional measures to ensure passenger comfort and safety.
