This crew did a fantastic job! Our excursion included breakfast, BBQ lunch and cocktails after snorkeling, what a great time. Despite the high winds in Maui, we got some quality snorkel time in, however we didn't make it into the crater, just too dangerous given the high waves. The crew had their work cut out for them, it was a full cruise, with a range of ages from small children to much older adults, this was suitable and safe for ALL ages. Their team was experienced, professional and fun. My recommendations are: 1) Use their flotation gear, no matter how good a swimmer you are, this made our snorkel easy in the high waves; 2) Use their sunblock, it's reef friendly, very heavy, and better than the stuff we brought (we would have fried without it); 3) don't be disappointed if you don't see turtles, we didn't see any on the two stops that we made, however the crew was scouting out other amazing sights like lava tubes, coral, octopus, and other creatures that we got to see. They make the trip worth it, they worked so hard, and they were so pleasant! This was well worth the money despite skipping the crater and not seeing turtles, we would do it all over again.

We had a great time. The crew were fun and hilarious, while maintaining professionalism and extravagant politeness. The food was good as were the drinks. Was not a fan of their gallon dispenser of reef friendly sunscreen, as it did not absorb very well or very quickly. The excellent sunscreen sold at Maui Costco, called Alba Botanica, is also reef friendly, so I would recommend picking that up after landing at the airport.

My wife and I are in Maui for our honeymoon and decided to try snorkeling out! On the boat, they had underwater cameras to rent. The guy was very friendly. He even took our pictures on the boat and underwater! It was our first time on a boat of this size in quite some time, so we were a little weary. It was also the first time the boat was able to go out in three days due to storms. When we arrived at the Turtle Town location, the captain informed us the water was still too murky to snorkel, so we headed to the Molokini Crater for the entire trip. After snorkeling for maybe 20 minutes, I started to feel nauseous from the waves so we headed back to the boat. From there I actually got sick, but was THANKED by a crew member for doing so overboard😂. We then decided to do the snuba, being that I wouldn’t be affected by the waves as much. Justin was a phenomenal instructor. His instructions were simple, but he still talked to each pair individually to make sure everyone was comfortable. My wife was having trouble with her goggles so Justin gave her his to use and took hers, to make it easier for her!! He offered to my picture a few times, and then offered to take picture of my wife and I. Although we didn’t see anything other than fish and the coral reef, it was still an amazing experience! The rest of the crew was very kind and attentive. One woman offered to get us drinks, even though we could’ve easily gotten them ourselves. Another woman gave me advice and a ginger drink to help with my nausea. On our way off the boat, Justin said goodbye to us by name, he was so genuine! Highly recommend the Pride of Maui. Thank you!
