This was a fun day. The crew are very good about making you comfortable in the water and working with beginners. Very nice boat, which was brand new. Comfortable, and overall a fun day. We snorkeled, saw a few whales, and swam with turtles. I did two of these tours on my recent trip and I would definitely recommend this company if you were interested in doing a well rounded snorkel tour. Getting you in the water and showing you a good time is where this crew excels. If there is an area that could use improvement, I would say it is the food. Perhaps it is an issue of guest expectations. Keep in mind you are going out on a boat for the day. If you have food, allergies, you may want to just pack a lunch due to limitations with the cooking facilities. I think the crew tries to do a very good job, but there is only a limited area in which food can be prepared. Either way, go and have a good time.

Our tour was aboard the Eula which is new, clean (including rest rooms) and perfectly outfitted for snorkeling and whale watching. The crew was extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. My husband and I are in our 70s and were unsure about snorkeling. But the crew made it very easy for us. Our daughter, son-in-law and two teenaged grandchildren loved the adventure. The food and drinks were great as well. The boat even has a warm, fresh-water shower available after you get out of the salt water. We saw several whales, dolphins and sea turtles. It couldn’t have been any better!

Absolutely amazing experience. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Everything ran smoothly. Food was great and served so quickly and efficiently. We saw so many whales on our trip and the captain stopped the boat and pointed everything out. He provided great information about the whales, areas, etc. We saw some turtles and beautiful corals and fish in the designated snorkeling spots. Would highly recommend this excursion… so worth every penny!! One piece of advice is to bring lotion sunscreen with you (and towels). No spray lotion is allowed to be used on the boat. Again, amazing experience and definitely would recommended!!
