I booked this tour 2 months in advance. The description of what we booked was not what we got. We had a very old, rickety bus that was contracted out by Viator. We had "lunch" at a real dive that was dirty and in a weird part of town. The description of what I booked said we were going to the Peabody Hotel to see the ducks, and also to Sun Sounds Studio. We did not go and our guide said that was not part of our tour. When I go to my original Dec. booking description of Memphis Discovery Tour, there is no description so I think we got a "bait and switch". All in all very disappointing!. The only good part was Kate, our knowledgeable guide and our sweet bus driver. They helped us with our luggage and found a place to store our luggage at the final stop at the Rock and Roll Museum.

This tour experience was wonderful. Our tour guide, TaylorNicole was very well informed. She made us all feel very comfortable. Unfortunately I cannot recall our bus drivers name, but he scooted us around without incident, and was very patient. We would definitely recommend this experience.

With family visiting Memphis for the first time, we were excited to share the city we’ve come to call home since moving here in 2020. What better way to do that than with the Memphis Discovery Tour? Taylor Nicole and Miss Princess were absolutely delightful, fun and full of smiles, even on this chilly 20 degree January day. It ended up being just the four of us with these two amazing women and that made the experience feel even more personal and special. Taylor Nicole was a fantastic guide, brimming with knowledge and a true passion for the history of Memphis. Her enthusiasm made every stop along the tour come alive with stories and insights. It was clear she genuinely cares about the city and its people, making the experience feel not just educational but also incredibly personal. Her energy made us feel like we were touring the city with a friend who truly wanted us to understand and appreciate all that Memphis has to offer. We had an amazing time on this tour and couldn’t recommend it more! Whether you're visiting or a local, it's the perfect way to enjoy Memphis' rich history and vibrant culture.
