We heard Damian on a presentation with amazing slides and stories. A week later we booked a private tour with 7 couples with Damien. His knowledge of details and story telling about places, events, people and buildings are so juicy and entertaining. We all were very happy, and highly recommend Damian with any tours he does.

We had a wonderful time. Both my wife and I were building structural engineers. We appreciated even more about Damian’s architecture knowledge. My even thought Damian might study architecture at college. He spoke very clearly too!

Damian has authentic knowledge of the history and legends of the Art Deco District in Miami Beach. The tour traverses both indoor and outdoor spaces which made the tour more interesting.
