I have been texted and emailed to leave a review, I did not intend to do so as I have little good to say. Tour lasted 30 minutes longer than scedueled. There was maybe 1-2 ghost stories. Tour guide spent a lot of time talking about himself. Would not reccomend.

This was such a fun tour! We not only heard about ghost stories but also the historic context of these and that added even more to the experience

Our family has been on several of these guided tours across the country including St Augustine, Savannah Tallahassee. With James leading the way in Miami beach, we had an incredible time learning about the history and the Ghostly details. James walked us through several interesting details of Miami Beach and I would highly recommend him guiding you through either the ghostly tour or the other ones that he offers including Art deco and a few others.
