Have a great time in Atlanta’s thriving foodie scene on an fun walking food tour complete with alcohol/food pairings and eat like a local at well-known establishments and hidden gems. Dine on a mix of Southern classics and cuisine unique to beloved Midtown. The progressive meal is enough for lunch or dinner with the added benefit of learning Atlanta's history and local tidbits that will make you feel more acquainted to Atlanta in a short 3 1/2 hours.

This was my first " food tour" ... It was an awesome experience! John is an amazing tour guide.. Not only does he take you to fantastic restaurants, he also gives information/history of the area & recommendations of things to do & places to go while in Atlanta. I highly recommend this !!

To my dear TA readers: Almost 75% of my guests in 2015 had never been on a Food Tour. Ever! Yikes! So...why Peachtree Food Tours?? Wow, Joe! Not only thanks for the review...but yours has to be the quickest to ever show up on the TA site. You must have written it on the drive home! You took the Tour on Sunday and Monday morning it was posted. As I mentioned in my Thank You email, your group had as close to a perfect afternoon as possible...great energy, fabulous food, incredibly wonderful weather...and then there was a unique set of conversations over the 4 hours together. Here's hoping that we'll all get back together...soon! Come back to Atlanta, give me a shout, I'll grab my sweet Jeri, and we'll meet for a drink or two! John was an excellent host and wonderful guide for our introduction to Midtown Atlanta. Our dining selections were excellent. I had one of the most fantastic Fish and Chips since our visit to Ireland several years ago. As a guide, John had some fantastic stories about Midtown and shared many personal experiences about his world travels and food adventures... Especially about his journey to Camino del Santiago and his recent visit to Mexico City and how the food and experience related to Atlanta's emerging food scene. I would highly recommend this tour if you wand local flavor from both your food and conversation!

TA Readers: Steve and his partner had a custom tour where anything is possible! Fish and chips! Some hard cider! Yep! When you join my sweet Jeri and I for an evening walk-about in our neighborhood the food is fun! The drinks are just lovely! And the conversation just flows! Travelers love to hear about Atlanta AND the world and where to go, so... in 2015...Mexico City? A+ My Camino pilgrim experience in Spain, 125 miles in 8 days?? A++ And this years plans???? Traveling is a lot about making new friends, sharing adventures, and relaxing into the local neighborhood. A custom Peachtree Food Tour is simply making little dreams come true...and building more!
