This tour was a wonderful way to spend Valentine's Day afternoon with old and new friends. I would highly recommend this trip for locals and visitors as well. The food and drinks were fantastic - you won't leave hungry. We also learned many interesting tidbits about Atlanta's midtown history. To say John is a gifted storyteller is definitely an understatement! Add this tour to your "must do list" in Atlanta.

More folks are leaning to Tripadvisor for trusted traveler reviews and I appreciate you taking the time to chime in. You'll get a kick out of hearing that I'm getting more and more folks wanting to surprise their better half with Food Tour down Peachtree Street! I now always have candles and matches in my bag!!

My husband and I wanted to do something different for Valentine's Day this year and decided to give Peachtree Food Tours a try. It was definitely a day we'll remember and talk about for years. I don't want to give too many hints about the stops along the way because that was part of the intrigue. We live in Atlanta and had been to a couple of the places but knew none of the history behind them that John shared with us. He's a fount of information; if you're looking to rent/buy an apartment/condo in Midtown, John can even give you the prices. The menu choices were perfect, and the portions were just right. I will say there is no way I would've ever ordered the burger on the tour, but after trying it, we will definitely be going back for more! Whether you're a tourist or a local, you can't go wrong exploring Peachtree Street with John!

Thanks for the "Yummy" review! Peachtree Food Tours is great fun on any day but adding some Valentines surprises was a hit with the ladies. Amusing how the men took credit for the gifts! :) Peachtree Food Tours is all about the adventure so kudos to you for trying the unexpected! I'll count that as a "Yes" vote for the "World's Best Burger". You guys were all about the mystery of "What's next?" so I'll send you a quick note when I have another funky idea of how to make a Tour even more entertaining. Hm-m-m…… July 4th weekend????

Recently myself and 3 other girls joined John for his Midtown food tour. We had an EXCELLENT time. Not only was the food delicious but John was knowledgeable and an enjoyable guide! I would absolutely recommend this tour to any out-of-towners who are looking for a fun activity or even to the local who wants to try out some new restaurants. The cost is definitely worth it!

Molly, You're the best! Even with Morgan limping along, she would have been one upset sister if she had decided to stay home! The four of you were a dream tour as we all laughed…and shared...and tasted….and don't forget the drinking! The next time you're back in Atlanta, give me some warning and I'll cook up something new! From one homeless advocate to another, your non-profit is impacting the homeless in a way that creates genuine community. Kudos to you and Morgan!
