Fantastic day spent with this great crew. Look no further when seeking a dolphin and snorkel experience. Dolphins were everywhere and swam all around us.

Was extremely disappointed with the dolphin encounter package. They really make it seem like you will be swimming with the dolphins. As soon as you get on the boat the captain and employee tell you that you can't swim with them because they'll get a ticket. To top it off, it was our bad luck that we did not see a single dolphin on that tour. After spending a lot of time there waiting for the dolphins we finally gave up and the captain took us to the snorkel spot. The first snorkel spot was just okay and the second spot was Kealakekua Bay were there were quite some fish. However, I was pretty petrified at the captain when I saw him throw Cheetos in the ocean to attract and lure fish! I understand fish sightings aren't guaranteed but the company website advertises offering an alternative trip if there were no sightings. However, in reality the company will not refund you or even email you back!

We were really disappointed to find out this was NOT a dolphin snorkeling tour when it was advertised to be. It was a boat ride with 20 minutes of snorkeling in big ocean swells. We only saw a few fish. When we arrived at the outfit the first thing the captain (Rasa?) said is that they don’t guarantee dolphin sightings and it’s illegal to swim with them so even if we saw them we wouldn’t be able to follow them in the boat which was exactly opposite of what their website says and guarantees. The first mate Andy forgot the swim ladder, couldn’t answer questions about where the captain was taking us to snorkel and took a nap on the boat because he was tired. I also was surprised that instead of supervising the snorkeling they both jumped in and snorkeled themselves which I thought was particularly dangerous that no one was watching and ensuring that our group could swim without life jackets in large swells. It wasn’t like we had a bad time...because what’s not to like about being on the ocean on a sunny day in Hawaii? but overall felt that this company is duping guests into paying for a less than stellar experience with their grossly false website advertising. For that reason I feel like this company is dishonest and I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY.
