Our grandchildren (10, 9) had a blast here. I thought it was very gimmicky and would not have liked this as an adult, but they loved it. You get more than plenty of ice cream and it was good. They start you will a sorbet, then the ice cream treat of the day in the next room, then there is dipping dots in the next room, then a selection of ice creams, then cotton candy, then the coolest pink bagel with cream cheese gelato and yummy everything seasoning, then finish with ice cream of your choice. Overall, worth the money for the kids. But we had an 11:30 ticket and didn't get in because it was so crowded until after noon. Didn't like that they took walk ins in front of reserved tickets.

Everyone was awesome! Black Cherry went over and beyond to make my kids have a magical experience! I would recommend this place to anyone with kids.

This was so much fun for grandkids, and adults. Unlimited ice cream and treats. And they keep it very clean! Also close to color factory which was another hit for the kids!
