We had a great trip on this ship , knowledgeable staff , we saw dolphins and sea birds and pelicans thoroughly enjoyed seeing how the upper echelon lives and their “tiny “houses.

We’ve done this tour before and it was amazing. Great boat with lots shade and room to move about. This time without warning (apparently I was suppose to know by the name of the vessel) we had a much smaller boat - it was like a large pontoon boat with very little shade and it was a rough ride. It was suppose to be an hour and half trip - which turned out to be one hour. The crew did its best but it just wasn’t nearly as nice. Apparently the larger boat was in for repairs. I would have like to have known that when I made my reservation. Also the boat was docked in a different place and we stood there for 30 minutes not sure what to do when an employee came looking for us. When I called to share my disappointment they said I should have known by the name of the vessel. No offer for trip next time nothing. The person I spoke to said it’s a nice trip - NO it wasn’t and I felt completely ripped off. Never again.

Dear Sharon, We are very disappointed that you did not have a spectacular time on our sightseeing cruise. As you said, you are correct that the Double Sunshine was out for repairs. When making your reservation, if you would have called the office we would have been happy to explain the situation and that you would have been on a slightly smaller boat. The boat still does have plenty of shade, with more than 3/4 of the boat being covered, even more than the Double Sunshine. We also explained before boarding thee boat was a smaller vessel than the Double Sunshine. If you were unsatisfied with the cruise, instead of boarding you should have asked to be rescheduled on a day when the Double Sunshine was back or given a voucher to come back at a future time. I am sorry that you did not have a great time onboard with us, and we hope to see you again in the future so that we can change your perception back to what a great cruise we are. I think the price was $48 per couple for 2 hrs. We saw dolphins and pure wealth of homes and yachts. Great way to see how the rich live.
