The instructions on the ticket were poor at best . I had to call the local company to get instructions to meet the driver. After a long hold, they did give detailed instructions as to where to meet the driver. I do believe the original driver tanked but the young lady who did meet us was awesome. I would recommend her to anyone. She was safe, courteous and professional. She alone saved this transaction.
