We did this as part of our girl’s bachelorette trip! We had such a fun time! Despite it raining they still ran the bus and we had a great time dancing and singing. Also the DJ will have your back if someone tries to change the song 🤭

Fun, but un-organized, no information or contact prior so we didnt know to pre-order drinks (send a simple email). It was freezing cold and not suited to all seasons since it had no window covers or heaters. It was advertised with a toilet and phone chargers, which it didnt have.. it was so cold the driver only did 1hr of the 2hrs we paid for. Disappointed it wasnt as advertised

First, we want to clarify that whether booked directly or through a third-party website, our booking software automatically sends a confirmation email to all guests. This email includes details about purchasing alcohol in advance, as well as other important information about the tour. If this email didn’t reach you, we’d like to investigate further to ensure our communications are clear and reliable for future guests. We also understand that international travelers may expect a phone call for confirmations, but unfortunately, we are unable to make outbound calls to international numbers. Email remains our primary method of communication in such cases, and we encourage all guests to check their inbox (or spam folder) for details prior to the tour. Regarding the expectation of an enclosed and heated bus, we’d like to clarify that all of our buses are open-air, as clearly shown in the photos on our website and third-party platforms. Nowhere in our materials do we state that the bus is enclosed or heated, and we apologize if there was any misinterpretation or incorrect information from an outside source. Lastly, we’re curious where you may have seen images or information about a bathroom on board. While we make a scheduled stop for restroom breaks, our buses are not equipped with bathrooms, and we’d like to address any inaccurate depictions immediately to prevent further confusion. We value guest feedback and strive to ensure everyone has a fun and enjoyable experience. If there’s any additional information you’d like to share to help us improve, we’re happy to hear it. This tour is a rip off. Firstly, you have to pre-order drinks and the only options are beer or seltzers. They allow you to drink at their bar before the tour but the drinks are terrible. Of course they stop here twice to collect as much money as possible. The tour literally circles broadway twice, That’s it! The Dj is not a Dj, just a guide that plays music from his phone (not cohesive at all, just random songs) and reminds you constantly that they work for tips. I expected to at least learn a little history about the city and to have landmarks highlighted, that’s not the case. For $60 per person, it’s a rip off.
