Driver was very friendly and social with all and fun to be with him 👍🏼👏. We would definitely recommend him to anyone.

We waited almost 30 minutes after arrival all the while calling burton and getting no answer the driver never said he was there and never texted us until 30 minutes after we stood outside and 5 calls to the operator he finally texted us and told us he was there early I asked why then we did not get a text no answer. He then took another 10 minutes to get there to pick us up. The communication is the issue you wait with no idea if you are in the right spot or if the driver is even there when you are in a city you are unfamiliar with communication is key.
