Jack, our guide, was so upbeat and knowledgeable. He made learning about the culinary aspect of New Orleans fun and interesting! It makes the food taste better when you how and where it originated. Excellent tour!

Go hungry! This was one of the best food tours to date (we do them quite often) A good mix of cuisine. Decent portions. Nate was very knowledgeable, gave us a good description of what to expect before we arrived at the various restaurants/eateries...He also provided alittle history along the way. We had a great group of people, and all of the different dishes were delicious. Alcohol beverages are not included, and gratuities are optional but appreciated...The meeting place Roux Royale provided a 10% discount on merchandise since we were part of the tour. This tour really should have 5 stars, but there was part of the tour our guide told us two stories, that were his opinion and undocumented. While we respect his opinion, but there is a time and place this is acceptable, Not a food tour. Very nice man, just felt this was not appropriate.
