This neighborhood and its cemetery tells the story of New Orleans from the Louisiana Purchase to the Civil War. Stunning antebellum mansions, lush gardens, unforgettable stories, and beautiful photo opportunities await! We keep our group size under 12 guests to make in a fun, personal experience.

We met Josh at Gracious Bakery for the tour. We really entered the tour. Josh has a tremendous knowledge of the the garden district and NOLA. Josh knew the history of every house we stopped. The stories were very interesting. He also has a good sense of humor. We learned a lot on the tour. At the end of the tour, Josh was kind enough to tell us where the trolley stopped. and that the fare was $1.25. Great afternoon! Thanks Josh.

We met at a lovely bakery with the most delicious croissant and cafe au lait! Our tour guide Jackie was fantastic! Our group was only 6 of us and it really made the experience even more memorable. Jackie is a wealth of knowledge - not only providing us with historical and architectural details of the many homes we encountered, but gave her own stories as well that locals have shared with her. Jackie was well-spoken and truly passionate about the tour and making sure we were informed. We could hear her well and she answered all of our questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tour with Jackie! She is AWESOME!!!

There is no substitute for a good storytelling guide when it comes to learning about a great, historically-rich neighborhood like the Garden District, and a good tour always enhances your enjoyment of the city for the rest of your stay.
